Terms of Use
Last updated: June 2026 · Version 2026-06-22 (draft)
1. Operator
Partner Visa ReadyPack is operated by Education and Migration Services Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 31 160 156 712 (“we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Product status
Partner Visa ReadyPack is a self-service software preparation tool. It is not itself a registered migration agent and does not lodge visa applications. It helps you organise documents, complete a guided intake, generate evidence checklists and prepare a lodgement preparation pack for an Australian partner visa application (subclass 820/801).
The software does not make final decisions about your eligibility, does not replace personalised migration advice, and using it does not create a migration agent–client relationship.
3. Optional migration-agent review
Optional migration-agent review is provided separately by Shannon Semenikow, Registered Migration Agent, MARN 0701777, under a separate Agreement for Services and Fees. It is not included in the self-service software fee unless expressly purchased.
No migration-agent client relationship is created merely by using the self-service software. Where you request and purchase review, you must receive the Consumer Guide and accept the Agreement for Services and Fees before migration-agent work begins.
4. User responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing all information, documents, answers, statements and AI outputs before using them. Partner visa applications are complex and errors can have serious consequences. We recommend you consider review by a Registered Migration Agent before you lodge, particularly if your matter has any complexity.
5. No guarantees
Partner Visa ReadyPack does not guarantee visa grant, eligibility, application success, processing times, Department of Home Affairs outcomes, or the sufficiency of evidence. Visa decisions are made solely by the Department of Home Affairs.
6. AI features and limitations
This service uses artificial intelligence (AI) to help organise information, review documents, identify gaps and draft statements from information you provide. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or unsuitable for your circumstances, and must be reviewed before you rely on them. Where the system identifies a higher-risk issue, it may suggest that you consider seeking personalised advice from a Registered Migration Agent before relying on that material.
AI processing may occur on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States (see our Privacy Policy and Subprocessors page). AI processing is a required condition of using the self-service software.
7. Beta
This service is currently in supervised paid beta. Features may change or be unavailable without notice. See our Beta Disclaimer for full details.
8. Payment and refunds
Payment for the self-service software is processed by our payment provider. The fee covers access to the full feature set during the beta period. During supervised beta, refund requests are reviewed if made within 7 days of purchase and before an export pack has been generated. Final public-launch refund terms remain subject to legal review. Any optional migration-agent review is charged separately under its own Agreement for Services and Fees.
9. Data and privacy
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your case and associated data using the self-service deletion tools in the app, subject to legal, accounting and professional record-keeping obligations described in that policy.
10. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Review all AI-generated outputs before using them in your application.
- Not share your account or allow others to access your case data.
- Consider review by a Registered Migration Agent before lodging, particularly for complex matters.
- Comply with all Australian migration laws and Department of Home Affairs requirements.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Partner Visa ReadyPack and its operator are not liable for any loss, visa refusal, damage or other consequence arising from your use of this service. This includes consequences of relying on AI outputs, incomplete checklists or preparation pack contents.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
