What the ReadyPack service does not do

- Lodge your application on your behalf
- Access ImmiAccount or Department of Home Affairs systems
- Guarantee completeness or accuracy of your evidence
- Support any pathway other than the onshore subclass 820/801 partner visa
Beta period scope
During the supervised paid beta we are working with a small number of users. Your feedback directly shapes the product. Known limitations during beta:
- Text extraction from scanned PDFs may be incomplete
- AI reviews are assistive only and may miss document-specific issues
- Export pack formatting is functional but not final
Your responsibility before lodgement
Before lodging your application you must independently verify:
- That all documents are current, accurate and complete
- That the correct forms and fees apply at the time of lodgement (government requirements change)
- That you meet all legislative criteria for the visa subclass you are applying for
- Any statements drafted with AI assistance are true and accurate in their final form
