Australian partner visa · subclass 820/801 (onshore)
Prepare your partner visa
properly — without the guesswork.
A calm, guided workspace that organises your evidence, finds the weak spots, drafts your statements and produces an organised lodgement preparation pack. The considered middle path between going it alone and paying full-service prices from day one.
- Not a migration agent
- AI badged as guidance — you verify
- Optional migration-agent review available
- You lodge via your own ImmiAccount

The problem
Two options most couples are told about — and the gap between them
ReadyPack exists for the careful applicant who wants structure and a safety net, without committing to full-service fees from the first day.
Full-service is costly
Migration agents commonly charge several thousand dollars for partner visa matters — the right call for complex histories, but more than many couples need.
DIY is a guessing game
Forum threads and generic checklists leave you unsure what your circumstances actually require — and what's still thin before you lodge.
Mistakes are the expensive path
Government lodgement fees alone run to thousands — check current figures on homeaffairs.gov.au — so a refusal caused by avoidable preparation gaps costs the most of all.
How ReadyPack works
Four steps from “where do I start?” to a complete preparation pack
ReadyPack walks you through preparation in order, so nothing important gets discovered at the last minute.
- 1
Guided intake
Answer plain-English questions about you, your partner and your relationship. Anything that usually benefits from professional input is flagged early — not after you've lodged.
- 2
Personalised checklist
Your answers build a checklist across 10 evidence categories, so you know exactly what to gather for your circumstances — not a generic forum list.
- 3
Upload & AI review
Upload documents as you go. AI-assisted review describes each one, suggests where it fits and points out gaps to consider — always labelled as guidance for you to verify.
- 4
Export lodgement pack
When the gaps are closed, export an organised preparation pack — indexed evidence, drafted statements and your checklist — for you to lodge through your own ImmiAccount.
What you get
Everything a careful applicant needs, in one calm workspace
Built for organising your own application properly — with honest signals when professional help is the better path.
Evidence dashboard
One view of all 10 evidence categories with progress per category, so you always know what is strong, what is thin and what is missing.
AI document review
Every upload gets an AI-assisted read-through: what the document shows, which category it supports and questions worth answering — clearly badged as guidance, never a legal verdict.
Gap detection
ReadyPack compares what you have against the requirement library for your situation and lists gaps to consider before you lodge, with plain explanations of why each matters.
Statement drafting
Draft relationship statements from your own facts with structured prompts — your story, organised the way decision-makers expect to read it. You review and finalise every word.
RMA escalation
If your intake raises complexity flags, ReadyPack recommends an optional review by a Registered Migration Agent — and prepares the questions worth asking them.
Audit trail
Every AI-assisted step is logged — what was reviewed, when, and what was suggested — so your preparation history is transparent and reviewable.
An honest fit check
Who ReadyPack is for — and who should see a professional first
A great fit if…
- Your relationship is genuine and reasonably straightforward, and you're willing to do the preparation work yourselves.
- You want structure: what to gather, in what order, and an early warning when something looks thin.
- You want the option of a Registered Migration Agent review at the end — without paying full-service prices from day one.
Talk to a Registered Migration Agent first if your history includes…
- A prior visa refusal or cancellation (yours or your partner's)
- Family violence circumstances
- Child custody or parental responsibility questions
- Current unlawful status or Schedule 3 issues
- Significant criminal history or character concerns
ReadyPack screens for these in the guided intake. If they come up, we flag them, recommend the RMA pathway, and the AI assistant declines to draw conclusions on those topics. We would rather lose a sale than see you lodge a weak application.

See how Partner Visa ReadyPack works
A self-service preparation workspace to help you organise information, review gaps and prepare draft materials before you decide whether to seek personalised migration advice.
Guided intake
Answer plain-English questions about you, your partner and your relationship. The workspace organises your answers and flags anything that may benefit from professional input.
Your answers stay in your own workspace — honest answers produce better preparation.
Evidence checklist
Your answers build a personalised checklist across the evidence categories, so you can see what to gather for your circumstances.
A preparation aid that organises what to consider — not a determination of what your application requires.
Document review
Upload a document and get an AI-assisted read-through — what it appears to show, which category it fits and gaps to consider.
AI-assisted guidance you should review yourself. Images and scans are not read automatically.
Statement drafting
Draft relationship statements from your own facts using structured prompts — your story, organised the way decision-makers expect to read it.
Drafts are built from the information you provide; you review and finalise every word.
Export pack
Export an organised preparation pack — indexed evidence, drafted statements and your checklist — for your own review.
Preparation support for your own use. The software does not lodge applications.
Optional RMA review
When you want professional eyes, request a separate migration-agent review of your prepared pack before you decide how to proceed.
Optional migration-agent review is a separate service provided by Shannon Semenikow, Registered Migration Agent, MARN 0701777, under a separate Agreement for Services and Fees — not by the Partner Visa ReadyPack software.
Screens shown are examples only. Partner Visa ReadyPack is a software preparation tool and does not guarantee visa outcomes or replace personalised migration advice.

FAQ
Straight answers to the questions that matter
Is this migration advice?
No. Partner Visa ReadyPack is a self-service software preparation tool, not a registered migration agent, and it does not lodge visa applications or replace personalised migration advice. It helps you organise your own information and understand general, publicly available requirements. You stay in charge of your application, and visa decisions are made solely by the Department of Home Affairs.
What if my case is complex?
Tell us in the guided intake. If your answers include factors like a prior refusal, family violence circumstances or custody questions, ReadyPack flags them, recommends an optional review by a Registered Migration Agent, and the AI assistant will not offer conclusions on those topics. For genuinely complex matters, professional help first is the right call — and we say so.
Does the AI decide anything about my application?
No. The AI describes documents, points out gaps to consider and helps you draft from your own facts. It never decides whether your evidence is sufficient, never predicts an outcome, and every AI output carries a visible “general guidance only — verify before lodgement” badge.
Can I get a professional to check my pack?
Yes — that is exactly what the optional add-on is for. A Registered Migration Agent (not the ReadyPack software) can review your prepared pack before you lodge, under a separate Agreement for Services and Fees. It is priced from $499 and entirely optional.
What is your refund policy?
During the supervised beta: within 7 days of purchase and before your first export, email us and we'll review a refund. Final public-launch refund terms will be published before wider release.
Fees, processing times and form details change. Always check current figures on homeaffairs.gov.au.
Prepare it once. Prepare it properly.
One $999 fee for the full preparation workspace — guided intake, personalised checklist, AI-assisted reviews, statement drafting and your lodgement preparation export pack.
Self-service preparation workspace — not a migration agent. Optional RMA review available.
